Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Shipping Rates: We offer free delivery for orders over £50.

For any orders under £50 the delivery cost is £2.99.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside of the UK.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking should be available on the same day of shipping.

Shipping Issues

Wrong Address: Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Sensales Limited is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@sensales.co.uk with your order number and photos of the item.
